  • Serve as the sole administrator for Evening Program that serves hundreds of day high school and adult students seeking to earn credits toward a traditional high school diploma
  • Promote and market the program in all district high schools and in locations (such as City, State and Federal agencies) where adults seeking to complete their high school education are frequent visitors.
  • Create master schedule of all courses each semester based on analysis of courses students need for graduation and high interest elective courses in demand by students.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and evaluate per diem teaching staff annually.
  • Track student progress toward course completion and report that progress to the student’s home school (if enrolled in a day high school) or directly to the student.
  • Plan and execute special events for adult student population aligned to interests and needs identified by the students.
  • Manage program budget.
  • Supervise full-time Guidance Counselor and School Operations Assistant.
  • Report to Principal of Fast Track/Uplift
